I like it for the most part. Sometimes I just skip it.
In any event, the story line is a common line in black comedy. I watch a lot of BET - Comic View. I love that show. The comedians are always pointing out black idiosyncrisies. I like it.

I'm not familiar with this strip but I too love BET's comic view. We all need to lighten up a bit, IMO.

On a related note...I was at a party today at a friends house. No big deal but I was the only white person there. One friend, Candace was running very late (as usual for her) and everyone kept saying she was on CP time. After hearing this for the 3rd time, I was like what the hell is CP time. I was told that's colored people time. Everyone started laughin, sayin.."you know how we are" so yeah. It's a common thread among blacks. Now I would never use the term CP but it was a perfectly acceptable term for all the folks there. So it seems this cartoon strip is just reflecting cultural humor.
