what makes you think they don't?? but the only people who need to be concerned are the once who are committing a crime.

I think it is a violation of both the 4th and 5th Amendments to the US Constitution. They should have to have a reasonable assurance that they can get the address of a specific person - plus a warrant - to get this information. The government should not go fishing for criminals in private databases.
