That's it. The only stipulation is the link must be to an actual picture, not a page. This is done easiest with Google image search. Sometimes you can play around with urls to find the source picture.
For instance, the url for one of those pictures was actually:
www.leroyroper.com/gallery/Felines/pages/stephaniea.html
But I changed the /pages/ to /images/ and the .html to .jpg to get the source picture.
