Sorry, couldn't read the whole thing. It was too long and I'm only mildly interested but Martha's a babe. Leave her alone. She didn't do anything that most of us wouldn't have. And there are so many bigger fish to catch. In the aftermath of Enron this is nothing.

Sorry, couldn't read the whole thing. It was too long and I'm only mildly interested but Martha's a babe. Leave her alone. She didn't do anything that most of us wouldn't have. And there are so many bigger fish to catch. In the aftermath of Enron this is nothing. The gist of it is that Martha was accused of insider trading, which is impossible, because she is not an officer in that company with any responsability to the shareholders. She said she was innocent. The Feds knew she was innocent and they could not even charge her with insider trading, but she was a high profile trophy indictment. So they instead concocted a charge that, by proclaiming her innocence, she was trying to merely keep the price of her own stock high. It's a completely ludicrous witchhunt, and not only should the judge throw it out, citing among other things free speech violations, but he should also apologize to her officially as a representative of our government for her unfair and venemous persecution. - Rick
