These Boobs Were Made For Shakin'
See Jessica. See Jessica jiggle. Jiggle, Jessica, jiggle!
We've learned a lot of things by watching Jessica Simpson's new "These Boots Were Made For Walkin'" video. We've learned that Jessica has sort of morphed into Britney Spears circa 1999. We've learned that Jessica washing a car in a bikini is infinitely hotter than Paris Hilton doing the same. We've learned that if you change the lyrics to a classic song and have a confederate flag in your video, no one will really care as long as you're wearing very, very little. We've learned to laugh. We've learned to cry. We've learned to love again. We've learned that Jessica has pretty much taken that "good Christian virgin" image, wiped her ass with it, gave it the finger, then flushed it down the toilet. And most of all, we've learned that if you're a redheaded country legend of a certain age and you've been audited by the IRS, you'll pretty much do anything for a buck. Welcome to your Monday, gentle reader. Welcome to Jessica Simpson's cans.Watch the videos and vote: These Boots Are Made For Walkin - Jessica Simpson

I'll vote for Jessica. She was entertaining rather than selling, and I enjoyed seeing the General Lee again. For a minute there, I was expecting John Scneider to show up as Bo Duke.

Well, first let me say Nicole Ritchie is way hotter than Paris, but as far as the two videos go, so is Jessica. (But it's not like she's not selling records and movie tickets with that video). That said, The Dukes looks like it will be really funny. How was the song? I never hooked up speakers to the computer... - Rick

What movie tickets would that sell? Is there a new Dukes of Hazzard movie coming out that I don't know about? As for the song, well...honestly, I would have rather heard Willie Nelson (who is in the video, strumming a guitar) sing than Jessica. Jessica, of course, looks better than Willie.

Poor Willie, man. I hate seeing him have to schill out his elder years to pay back the government. One more example of how the IRS ruins everything good and decent about this country.
Oh, and Jessica is smokin' hot.

You know, if this movie was made in another decade, Burt Reynolds wouldn't have been Boss Hogg...he would have been one of the Dukes. Remember Smokey and the Bandit?

When HBO first came out, it was Smokey and the Bandit, 24-7. Anyone else remember that? Interesting bit of trivia - Burt Reynolds holds the record for being the #1 box office draw for longer than anyone else ever. - Rick
