Does your state's constitution grant you the right to sexual privacy? Does your state's constitution grant you any rights at all? Or do you grant your state certain specific rights via the mechanism of a constitution? Very strange how supposedly wise and learned judges still get that simple concept downside up. They're like sloths slung beneath tree limbs, gazing upward at the moon all the while thinking they're looking down. Unfortunately, things really are looking down in our judicial system.
