Okay so I have thought about this and here's what I say....yes it is good news. BUT.....IT SHOULDN'T FUCKING BE NEWS. There are so many kids in foster care, there are so many kids who need love. Yes, we should be careful with who they are living with. But a case like this, where the foster parents are good people, with lots of love, shouldn't even be an issue. I couldn't take in foster kids. There was a time when I would have, but not any more. It's hard work, it's risky and it is not immediately gratifying, blah blah blah. NO ONE who has the heart, the resources and the desire to take on a job of this magnitude should be forced to defend themselves in court just because of their sexuality. That is bullshit. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. Done. |

I'd have to say this is the most relateable and sencible thing I've read in weeks. The giggly cheerleader girls and badass macho guys. To fucking afraid to raise their own hands and have an opinion, can't come up with an opinion on their own, have to fit in with the rest of the group, don't draw any atention, don't call on me teacher, last thing I want is to come up with an independant thought and stick behind it, bunch a fucking cowards. But when they are not in front of a crowd pissing thier baggy pants or 2 inch long shorts they are perfectly willing to call you "weird", exept when they want you to tell them the pathagorean theorum during the Geometry quiz, because they were to busy last night on AIM chatting with thier buddies about how lame shool is. I'll tell you the pathagorean theorum my friend, it is: A2 + B2 = C you at McFucking Donalds flipping my burger. |
