For a fun time waster, visit www.m90.org. There are a lot of videos there. Some funny, some bizarre, some not safe for work (but they warn you with those). As if any internet video is "safe for work". They've got videos of skateboarding dogs, videos of racy commercials, videos of the sort of accidents you'd see on America's Funniest Home Videos, and some spoofs. One, for example, is of Obi Won going shopping for a used car.

It's not?! I dunno. I used to have a Mac, but I've been using a PC for years now. Sometimes I have problems with my mac but can go downstairs to my daughter's PC and it's fine. My iMac is old. Just got new memory for xmas but I've been thinking of getting a new one. Because of the money it will prolly be a PC. I started with one but have gotten used to the mac now. I like that it's so small and contained but I also would love to have a bigger monitor. My daughter has a very nice one. She gave me her mac when she got a new one. Old boyfriend bought her the mac, new boyfriend bought the new PC...very nice. I guess I need a friend like that.

See, a plumber girlfriend would come in so handy. Especially around the holidays when my sink always backs up and the garbage disposal goes out.

Wow - who knew this thread would inspire a discussion of plumbing?

Yes, if we were on stl nota would be yelling at us for not staying on topic and telling us to start a thread on plumbing if we wanted to discuss it.

Yes, if we were on stl nota would be yelling at us for not staying on topic and telling us to start a thread on plumbing if we wanted to discuss it. Oh sigh don't talk about nota. I realized the other day that I'm almost as old as she was when I first started posting on the board. Back then, I thought she was a lot more wise than I seem to think now. And other less nice things, which I didn't set out to think at all. She's one I definitely planned on NOT saying goodbye to, when I left. That's worth nothing but a slap in the face, no matter what you're reasons, and hell with ya. And to think I never plan on going there again, and I honestly might not ever talk to the woman, and that all that writing back and forth isn't even worth a goodbye? Heck, who needs that? I could get that mess from my exhusband. Talk about off topic... Tried really hard to not sink to the gossip level with put-down there on nota. Her not even being here to defend herself. I don't know if it showed, but I was making real effort. She may be a fine, facinating person, but I just get to the point where I think abuse is more likely than not, with her somehow, and I don't even care if I, or my subject matter, would "deserve it" or not.

Yeah, that's true, there's definitely a "confusing" element to her forum personality. Hmmm yeah. Crap. I posted that about her (and my feelings) in public. Would you believe I forgot, thought it was in my world? Have to watch that better, when the post isn't in the private area. Well, guess I don't have to worry about her defending herself, exactly. Big stupid me, can't believe I did that. I did NOT mean to.
